Microscale Thermophoresis Instrument
Description
MST (Microscale thermophoresis). Measurement of molecular interaction affinity in solution, with one component fluorescently- labelled. Small sample volumes therefore low reagent consumption. Easier to use and harder to break than ITC or Biacore.
