Confocal Zeiss LSM700 Microscope

Description

The confocal imaging of fixed and live cells, FRAP and FRET imaging. Imaging UV and visual flurophores (eg DAPI, Hoechst, CFP, GFP, YFP, Alexa 488/568/647). Z-sectioning and 3D imaging. Motorised stage for screening plates and slides, tile scanning and point visiting. DIC and phase contrast objectives. Temperature and CO2 regulation for live cell imaging. Control emission detection manually. Light path redesigned to achieve greater sensitivity and flexibility. 4 diode lasers (405, 488, 555, 639nm) ensure ease of use and low heat production.
