Description
Confocal imaging of fixed and live cells, FRAP and FRET imaging . Imaging UV and visual flurophores (eg DAPI, Hoechst, CFP, GFP, YFP, Alexa 488/568/647) . Z-sectioning and 3D imaging . Motorised stage for screening plates and slides, tile scanning and point visiting . DIC and phase contrast objectives . Temperature and CO2 regulation for live cell imaging . Control emission detection manually . Light path redesigned to achieve greater sensitivity and flexibility . 4 diode lasers (405, 488, 555, 639nm) ensure ease of use and low heat production.
