Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC)

Description

The melting point of the crystal can be determined by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). This DCS has been fitted with TS0801RO automated sample robot. 40 micro litre aluminium crucible sample pan used as a sample pan and the heat/cool program is between 0 to 20 oC/min. The working temperature is in the range of 25 to 500 oC controlled by water bath. The DSC provides an inlet for dry purge gas (nitrogen) to purge the system continuously while operated and has an automatic carousel sample loading system for automatic analysis.
