Cryomagnetic Sample Measurement System

Description

An Oxford Instruments Integra cryostat with an 8T solenoid superconducting magnet equipped with a variable temperature insert and Heliox-VL Helium 3 insert. The Heliox system is equipped with a two axis piezolectric rotator allowing the sample to be positioned at any orientation with respect to the field. Samples are mounted in standard 20 pin, 1cm JEDEC packages. Electrical transport instrumentation consists of quasi-DC (<1kHz) current sources and locking amplifiers. Additionally a high speed digitizer card allows measurements up to 2MHz. The system is optimised for graphene and carbon nanotube devices.
